Rock River Valley Mushrooms

Welcome to Rock River Valley Mushrooms! 🍄 We grow oyster, chestnut and shiitake gourmet mushrooms in Wisconsin that we sell direct at local farmer's markets during the growing season. We also dehydrate our shiitake and oyster mushrooms and turn them into delicious, handcrafted gourmet crackers in our on-site commercial kitchen operation. Follow along for mushroom growing, harvesting, farmers markets, new cracker flavors, behind-the-scenes adventures, recipes, updates and everything mushrooms.
