Rob McLain | Purpose in Progress

Purpose in Progress is my honest journey toward better health, stronger faith, meaningful service and personal growth—without pretending that progress is easy or perfect.

I started at 315 pounds and continue working toward 195, one decision and one imperfect day at a time. Along the way, I share the victories, setbacks and lessons I’m learning through fitness, leadership, faith, veterans service and community involvement.

If you’re rebuilding something in your own life, subscribe and keep moving forward with me.
