Riyadh Financial Services

Riyadh Financial Services helps Australians access Shariah-compliant property finance, without riba.

Our videos explain how Islamic finance works in Australia: Ijaar finance for residential and commercial property (Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek, a lease that ends in ownership), and Al-Mustaqbal SMSF for self-managed super funds buying commercial property (Diminishing Musharakah, a partnership). Our product structures are reviewed by an independent Shariah adviser.

We work through accredited brokers across Australia. No broker? Contact us at clientservice@riyadhfs.com.au or +61 2 7202 7900.
