Mindfulness Right here Rightnow

In this world full of distractions and negativity, you will find motivation to pass through the dark clouds. Crystal clear views on why we are, who we are, how to be in the present and awareness of where we are and what we're doing, and how not to overtly react or become overwhelmed by what's going on around us. No matter how far we drift away, mindfulness is right there to snap us back to where we are and what we're doing and feeling.
