I’m Rhiannon Cooper, a qualified personal trainer, working with neurodivergent clients across the world remotely. I help anxious, nervous people build confidence in the gym and with movement, develop fitness habits that last, and to make fitness feel good.

I was late diagnosed with autism and ADHD  (AuDHD) and by understanding myself more and my autistic and ADHD 'quirks' I transformed my life. I want to make health and fitness accessible for others. My approach focuses on sensory-friendly, inclusive workouts. Removing barriers to health and wellbeing for everyone.
