I’m Rhiannon Cooper, a qualified personal trainer based at JD Gyms in Wolverhampton. I also work with clients across the world remotely. I help neurodivergent people build confidence, develop fitness habits that last, and to make fitness feel good.

Late diagnosed with autism and ADHD at 30, understanding myself more and finding out how to work with my autistic and ADHD quirks I transformed my life. I want to make health and fitness accessible for others. My approach focuses on sensory-friendly, inclusive workouts. Removing barriers to health and wellbeing for everyone.
