Appalachian APRN. Mystic medicine. Professional question-asker. Unhinged philosopher. 🌿🔬✨

I’m Jessica, and apparently my job is helping people find their way back home to themselves.

Around here we talk science, functional medicine, herbs, fascia, nervous systems, spirituality, trauma, breathwork, meditation, music, weird shit, and whatever rabbit hole I fell into before breakfast.

We’re gonna look in the mirror. Ask uncomfortable questions. Learn our bodies. Feel our feelings. Gather our muchness. Heal some shit. Laugh at ourselves. And hopefully become a little more fucking alive along the way.

Country Roads, but the road takes you back to yourself.

Come as you are. Come home as all of you. ❤️

Different notes. One Rhapsody.

⚠️ Production disclaimer: I am also the entire IT department. Please lower your expectations accordingly. I’m trying. 😂

Healing, but make it weird.
