Traditionally, Western theology has interpreted the cross through the lens of penal substitution, portraying a wrathful God who demands satisfaction through punishment. Here, we challenge that framework in order  to restore its beauty, depth, and divine intent.

Through careful study of Scripture, the Levitical priesthood, and the ancient blood rites, we uncover a far more profound story: that of a loving Father who seeks reconciliation, not retribution — and of Christ, the faithful and representative High Priest, who enters the heavenly sanctuary not as a substitute punished in our place, but as the One who carries humanity into restored communion with God.
