Restoring Hope Counseling & Consulting, PLLC

Restoring Hope Counseling & Consulting, PLLC is a group private practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex that provides evidence-based, professional mental health services to adults, adolescents, and children as young as age 2. All of our clinicians have been highly trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) through the world-renowned Center for Play Therapy at the University of North Texas, which was founded by Dr. Garry Landreth. Restoring Hope's founder, Mendy Landreth, LPC-S, RPT, CCPRT, had the privilege to study under her father-in-law at UNT. 

Our counselors are some of the best in Texas, providing empathy and compassion via talk therapy, sandtray therapy, activity-based therapy, and walk-and-talk therapy. We especially enjoy passing along research-based parenting skills based on Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), a form of filial therapy. For those desiring to incorporate spiritual topics into session, we offer Spirit-led and Biblically-based Christian counseling.
