Resilient Health Communities (RHC): Simple, science-inspired strategies to strengthen memory, focus, and connection — one day at a time.

RHC is a grassroots movement that combats cognitive decline and social isolation with simple brain health tools and stronger connections. Alzheimer’s disease already affects over 55 million people worldwide, and rates are rising at alarming levels—even among younger adults. Communities of color are hit especially hard, facing up to two times greater risk of dementia.

RHC exists to change that story. We share tools, raise awareness, and offer hope so every generation can take action—strengthening memory, building resilience, and creating belonging.

This isn’t just about aging. It’s about families, neighbors, and entire communities rising together to face one of the greatest health challenges of our time. Subscribe and share—because brain health is everyone’s fight, and together we are stronger.
