I'm Delicia Niami — author of the ResilientAF! memoir trilogy: Kissing Asphalt, Not My Circus and The Queen of Silver Linings.

This channel is where I tell the stories behind the stories — the things that made the books, the things that didn't, and what life looks like after.

We'll talk about family, trauma, abuse, grief, "framily" , healing, starting over, writing the books, turning them into a television series, and the ridiculous, beautiful and craziest moments in between.

But ResilientAF! isn't about what happened to me.

It's about what I did next.
