Resilience Investor

Stocks are a promise. Land is a fact.

Resilience Investor is a finance channel for people who’d rather own something than trust something. I cover land, timber, gold and silver, and the plain money math that gets you there: starting late, living below your means in a small town, and budgeting for the stuff mainstream advice pretends you don’t buy.

Every claim gets graded:
TESTED: I own it. I’ve got forty acres of pine to prove it.
RESEARCHED: I don’t own it yet, and I’ll tell you so.
VERIFIED: the numbers check out against a real source.

No guru music. No Lambo. No “this one stock will change your life.” Just short videos, honest math, and the occasional reminder that an investment in dirt pays interest you can walk on.

Navy veteran. Twenty-plus years writing about money and the outdoors. Not a financial advisor. Everything here is education, not advice.
