Resilience For Softies by Cornelia Luethi

Hi, I'm Cornelia. I'm writing a book called 'Resilience For Softies: Why You Shouldn't Toughen Up'. It's for highly sensitive people, empaths, and anyone who's ever been told they feel too much.

This channel is where I share glimmers, small, real moments of beauty and gratitude that I think are part of what actually builds resilience for sensitive people. You'll also find updates on the book, and eventually, a community I'm building for softies to connect with each other.

This is all about helping you find your own softie superpowers while becoming genuinely more resilient, without ever having to toughen up to get there.

Come find me on Substack too: that's where I go a bit deeper into the ideas behind the book.

Go and be your super self!

Cornelia xx
