Representative Victoria Garcia Wilburn

Dr. Victoria Garcia Wilburn is a member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 32. She serves as the ranking minority member of the House Judiciary Committee, as well as on the Employment, Labor and Pensions and Public Health committees. 

As an occupational therapist, educator, and public health advocate, she has championed mental health, disability advocacy, and health equity initiatives, including legislation supporting mental health training for public safety professionals. When she's not juggling the dual role of lawmaker and healthcare professional, Victoria is a mother and wife to her husband and three children.
