🌿 Welcome to Rena’s Homestead Portugal!

We are Remon & Nataschja, a couple who left the busy city life behind to build our own homestead in the heart of Central Portugal. We live here with our dog; Kiyomi. She is always around and keeping us company while we work on the homestead.

Since the end of October 2025 we’re slowly transforming a 100-year-old barn into our semi off-grid homestead. 

On this channel, we share our journey of becoming fully self-sufficient, from growing our own food and raising animals, to building our tiny farm structures and restoring the land.
