Regina Early Learning Centre

The Regina Early Learning Centre (ELC) is a child and family development centre which works families to foster the healthy development of children from prenatal to five years of age. Founded in 1977, the Regina ELC is currently celebrating 44 years of service to the community and to its young people. The Regina ELC's programs include its renowned preschool program, the KidsFirst family support program, the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program, the Regina Perinatal Health Network (RPHN), and the Regina Early Years Family Resource Centre (EYFRC).
