We are a Toronto-based non-profit and registered charity providing therapeutic counseling for over 40 years. Our professional therapists are here to help you improve your mental health and deal with concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and relationships. We also offer Child Therapy services for children age 4 and up.

Sliding scale is available to help make therapy more affordable.
