The weird ways health issues affect our relationships. Less-than-ideal family dynamics. Boundaries. Growing up in fight-or-flight. Basically, all the stuff we feel really deeply but don't always know how to put into words.

Every Sunday, I drop a quick 10-minute episode where I overshare a little, laugh at my past self when appropriate, and hopefully let you know that you're not the only one who's been through it.
