Rebuild the Shield with Bob Catinazzo

Rebuild the Shield is about starting over—piece by piece.

I’m Bob Catinazzo: runner, hiker, creator, husband, dad, and someone learning how to move forward after loss without leaving the people I love behind.

Here you’ll find a potential Road to Boston, honest training updates, New Hampshire hiking adventures, golf, filmmaking, and the real work of rebuilding a life at 59 and beyond. You’ll also see a mission that matters deeply to me: giving back through charity fundraising, community events, and whatever meaningful opportunities come next.

This isn’t about pretending every day is easy or chasing perfection. It’s about showing up, finding purpose, doing some good, and putting the shield back together—one piece at a time.

Subscribe and come along for the rebuild.
