Hi, I'm Cheryl. I started this channel in 2023 to help people especially women over 50 feel strong, energized, and confident through low-impact rebounder workouts you can do right at home. 
My passion for rebounding began during one of the hardest seasons of my life. While walking through excruciating pain from Trigeminal Neuralgia, I turned to prayer, gentle movement, and a simple daily health bounce as part of my personal wellness journey.
