Rebel Animal Rescue is a Texas Panhandle nonprofit pulling dogs and cats from local kill shelters and urgent situations.
We care for them in our rescue shop with 7 dog kennels and 10 cat areas, plus a small but dedicated network of foster homes—until they’re ready for adoption.
