Licia Smith | Moving to Utah & Home Tours

I'm Licia, a Utah Realtor specializing in helping families relocate to the Provo, Utah area and find the right community for their lifestyle.

I moved to Utah myself 5 years ago, so I know what it's like to leave one state and figure out where you actually want to build your life. On this channel, I share Utah home tours, neighborhood tours, new construction, community guides, cost-of-living information and what it's really like living in communities around Provo and Utah County.

If you're considering moving to Utah from Colorado, California, Arizona, another state or within Utah, I'm here to help you understand your options before you make the move.

Utah County communities I cover: Provo, Orem, Springville, Spanish Fork, Mapleton, Salem, Payson, Santaquin, Vineyard, Lehi, American Fork, Saratoga Springs, Pleasant Grove, Highland, Alpine and surrounding communities.
