ReadyToTalkToday

ReadyToTalk.Today offers thoughtful, accessible conversations about mental health, relationships, meaning, work and everyday life.

Our 4 Minutes for Yourself series shares brief reflections and practical ideas to help you pause, think and better understand yourself. The channel supports Discern Counselling clients and anyone interested in mental health, personal growth or counselling.

ReadyToTalk.Today is created by Discern Counselling and hosted by Renato Discenza, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and practising with ongoing clinical supervision.

These videos provide general education and reflection—not psychotherapy, medical advice or a substitute for professional care. Watching does not create a therapist-client relationship. Psychotherapy through Discern Counselling is available only to people located in Ontario at the time of service. This channel does not provide crisis support.
