What was until this year the "Fittest in Israel" competition has transformed into the "Israel Throwdown" that is open to all.

This will be the 13th time this competition will take place. It goes back all the way to 2011, making it one of the longest standing functional fitness competitions in the world.

While growing each year, this years Throwdown will be different by having its own qualifier. There will be more athletes competing for a fewer spots. 

This year we will be taking things up a notch. It will be worth fighting for your spot in the Finals!

Qualifiers will be held between the 13th of April through the 20th of April.

The Finals will be held  on the 22-23 of June in Jerusalem, Israel.
