Along with her athletic background she is spreads the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  She brings over 15 years of experience in athletics and the Christian lifestyle. 

She has a Word inspired talk show called The Run Life Podcast; where individuals get tips and structure on how to "Run their lives with Christ in mind". 

She combines her love for Christ and Fitness together to show her spunky faith and fitness life style. She preaches, teaches, trains, and helps transform peoples live with her words and physical energy. Aside from her podcast she helps train and mentor many locally and across the globe.
