Ragged Flag Rich -Ron Lyons

Ragged Flag Rich is Modern Outlaw Country created and written by Texas songwriter Ron Lyons.

Ron has been writing songs since the late 1990s, building a catalog around real life, faith, freedom, heartbreak, loyalty, small-town America, hard work, and the kind of stories that never fit inside mainstream Nashville.

Ragged Flag Rich blends outlaw country, Texas country, southern rock, country rock, Americana, and classic-country influence into a sound built around strong lyrics, steel guitar, fiddle, loud guitars, big choruses, and honest storytelling.

This is music for backroads, barrooms, ranch gates, long drives, old trucks, hard lessons, strong women, stubborn men, and people who still believe country music should actually say something.

Every Ragged Flag Rich song starts with Ron — the lyrics, the melody, the story, and the point of view.
