Rachelle Johnson for HCPS Board of Education - D

Welcome! I’m Rachelle Johnson, a candidate for the Harford County Board of Education representing District D.

I believe every decision made by the Board of Education should begin with one question: What is best for students?

On this channel, I’ll share more about the schools and communities that make up District D, the issues facing Harford County Public Schools, and the priorities guiding my campaign, including strong foundations in reading and math, safe and supportive schools, transparency, fiscal responsibility, and respect for educators and families.

You’ll also find my Building District D: One School at a Time series, where I visit each of the ten schools that make up District D and highlight what makes each school and community unique.

Putting Students First. Strengthening Schools. Working Together for Harford County.
