Welcome to Raasin in the Sun, a nonprofit bringing art, creativity, and community together to make Austin more colorful, inclusive, and human. Our mission is rooted in uplifting voices, activating spaces, and creating art that reflects the spirit of the people who live here.

Through public art, workshops, placemaking projects, and community collaborations, we help transform empty walls and overlooked places into vibrant expressions of culture, creativity, and connection. Every project is built with heart and intention — from large-scale murals to educational programs and neighborhood initiatives.
