RTU

RTU is committed to the welfare of the children and in all its various activities the prime importance is given to the children more preferably girls.  There are 936 children under our full time care. 
We believe the quality of education RTU provides, and the qualifications which the children achieve, are a real passport for them to a better future. To cater to the educational needs of the children in our Children's Villages and in the neighbouring villages we have 9 nursery schools, 7 study centres in remote villages, 3 primary schools (one for physically challenged) and one higher secondary school. These schools are recognized by the state government and are run with the support of international philanthropists. The children are taught in Tamil with interactive teaching methods. we also offer courses for childern to catch up on their education if they had to dropout of school.
