RESDAL seeks to collaborate with the construction of a secure and peaceful democratic environment at a global level. Created in 2001, RESDAL works on generating a network of experts in security and defence issues by combining civil society, academics and practitioners. As a Think-tank and centre of action its mission is to serve as a space for the generation of projects and advocacy for the democratic advancement of the security sector, with an impact on both the hemispheric environment and international security.
