The Rhythm and Blues Preservation Society

The Rhythm and Blues Preservation Society was founded in 2018 by Mr. Perry Thompson, Founder/Executive Director, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, with a mission to preserve Black music culture one record at a time. Our VP/Chief Curriculum Office/Artist-in-Residence is Rev. Dr. Sonja Elise Freeman "Queen Diva" and together they are recruiting Black Music preservationists globally.

We are spearheading having African American Music Studies degree programs in K-12, colleges, and universities in America by 2030. The services we offer are lecture series and panel discussions, live tribute concert performances, online broadcasting celebrity interviews, and advocacy for veteran R&B/Soul recording artists for royalties, health insurance, induction into the hall of fame organizations, and preserving the musical legacies of R&B/Soul artists.
