Quentin PETITEVILLE (DJ YAK'Ô)

DJ YAK’Ô has always dreamed of making music, without ever believing it could be possible. He discovered “Music Creation for PlayStation” in the early 2000s, then explored software like eJay on PC. Very quickly, a lack of musical culture and tools that were too simple began to limit his creativity.

With the arrival of high‑speed Internet, he started sharing his compositions online, giving birth to the nickname DJ YAK’Ô. Feedback and discussions helped him refine his style. Several defining moments pushed him to express his emotions through more professional tools.

Inspired by independent artists and iconic groups such as Kraftwerk, he developed his creativity, supported by his family. Until now, he has been publishing his tracks on his website, but today he aims to reach a wider audience, working alone to bring his emotions to life.
