Queen G's Texas Kitchen

Unapologetically Bold. Ridiculously Good.

Welcome to Queen G’s Texas Kitchen!

I’m Carrie—a Texas-born wife, mom of five, and proud grandma who believes the best memories are made around the table. From Southern comfort food and Tex-Mex favorites to homemade deli meats, scratch-made breads, backyard barbecue, and food adventures that occasionally border on delicious chaos, I love creating big flavors from simple ingredients.

Around here, you’ll find everything from homemade bologna, hot dogs, and Spam-style loaves to sourdough bread, family recipes, creative comfort food, and bold dishes inspired by flavors from around the world.

If you love scratch cooking, Texas-sized flavor, and the occasional crazy kitchen experiment, you’re in the right place.

Pull up a chair and let’s get cooking, y’all!
