QuantPoor

Quality AI on junkyard builds.

Champagne AI ambitions. Yard-sale hardware budget.

QuantPoor mixes animated comedy with real-world AI builds: retired GPUs, budget mini PCs, open-source models, and the questionable decisions that make them work.

We show the costs, the benchmarks, the failures, and what these machines can actually do. Local AI, useful automation, and expensive lessons learned as cheaply as possible.

Sometimes the upgrade makes it slower. We show that too.

Subscribe for resourceful builds and deeply unreasonable expectations.
