Qi Among the Trees

If you follow these video exercises, please remember to follow your doctor’s recommendations. If your doctor tells you not to do something, then do not do it, modify the movement or skip it entirely. This channel was created to help students learn more about the Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong that we teach in our classes at Qi Among the Trees and Tai Chi by the Sea. We want it to be uplifting and encouraging you to discover the power you have and to become who you are meant to be.
