QScope

QScope runs the whole construction project in one place, from the first estimate to the final account.

Built by a practising UK quantity surveyor for the people who carry the commercial side of a job: contractors, client-side QSs, project managers and monitoring surveyors working for lenders.

On this channel you'll find short, practical walkthroughs of how QScope handles real project work:

- Estimates and cost plans, build-up rates and tender comparison
- Contracts, payment dates and Pay Less Notices under the Construction Act
- Valuations, retention and cash flow
- Variations, value engineering and instructions
- Site: drawings with pins, photos, tasks and RFIs, turned into variations in a few clicks
- Subcontractor payments
- Loan monitoring reports and drawdowns
- Final account

No jargon for its own sake, just how the job actually gets done.
