PY'STiLL

Concentrated hydrolats and floral waters
Our Witch Hazel hydrolats and Cornflower floral waters are produced by hydrodistillation. Unlike distillation using an external steam generator to produce essential oils, here the hydrolat is not a by-product of the essential oil. The extremely small fraction of essential oil contained in these plants is therefore solubilised in the hydrosol.

Aromatic hydrolats from local plants
From the very first year of PY'STiLL 's activity, we have been keen to develop distillation protocols using plants from the Pyrenees and, in some cases, more widely from the South-West of France. With a still dedicated to the production of aromatic hydrolats separate from the essential oil, we are diversifying our range of products for cosmetic and food use. The remarkable quality of our plant sourcing and gentle distillation allow us to make the most of nature, while promoting biodiversity.
