Putting it on the wind 

Throughout the ongoing process of my own healing, I’ve been blessed to find myself in the presence of Elders who continue to teach me many things — including the power of putting our prayers on the wind. When we do this, we speak these things out loud so that, like seeds, they might take flight, come to rest on fertile soil, and eventually yield something that feeds us all.

This channel is not about quick fixes or magic bullets. I’m not a doctor, a psychologist, a psychiatrist, or a so-called “expert” in any capacity. I’m simply a fellow traveler, trying to find his way back home. During this long, difficult, and deeply rewarding journey, I’ve also come to know the responsibility — and the great privilege — of holding space for others as they do the same.

Here, words are spoken with care, prayers are released, and silence is honored — trusting that what is given to the wind will be found by those who are ready to receive it.
