Lourdes Pino - Thyroid Health

Have your symptoms, fatigue, or bodily changes made you feel like you’re no longer yourself? 🌿 Welcome to your safe space!

I’m Lourdes Pino, a psychologist and someone living with hypothyroidism. I know the frustration of hearing "your test results are normal" while, deep down, you feel like your life and emotions have been thrown into disarray.

This channel is a place to talk about hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and rheumatoid arthritis. Let’s discuss the things that rarely get talked about:

✦ Brain fog, fatigue, and emotional management.
✦ Managing your energy without pushing yourself too hard.
✦ Relationships, family, work, and healthy boundaries.
✦ Choosing yourself again and building a fulfilling life today.

Your diagnosis explains what is happening to your body, but it will never define who you are.
