Serge Protishevsky

Namaste, I’m Serge Protishevsky. Since 2010, I’ve been creating restaurants, and clubs, investing my own money and running the businesses. Two of my venues, Mantra Beach Club (Odesa) and Eden Rooftop (Kyiv), were awarded The World’s Finest Clubs status.

Today, I help owners and operators launch projects, bring in guests and give them a reason to return. My work draws on hands-on experience and my own approach, The Mantra Method.

On this channel, I share the stories behind my projects: what worked, what went wrong and what I learned. I explore concepts, guest psychology, marketing and the business of hospitality across different markets. Why do some places become favourites while others sit empty despite good food and expensive interiors? What do you do when the market shifts and the old playbook stops working?

For hospitality owners, operators, investors and anyone dreaming of opening their own venue. Or simply curious about how this business works.
