Treebard Genealogy Software

Sample the unusual content at my CURRENT channel: https://www.youtube.com/@RealityForBeginners where you will find ragtime guitar music, parody songs, philosophical comedy, health tips, metaphysical discourse, and more.

Treebard Genealogy Software is a working model in Python, Tkinter and SQLite to assist and inspire genealogists to make their own app. It's the first genealogy app interface to use UNIGEDS as its data storage facility. UNIGEDS is a universal genealogy data structure that all genieware apps can be adapted to, thus eliminating the need for GEDCOM. Treebard is a showcase of functionalities for developers to borrow from freely. All my code is open source, free, and public domain. It can be used for anything by anybody. The only license is the Unlicense. I worked full time on this project from July 2018 to August 2024.
