I worked as a CPA for almost a decade and have 10+ years of business experience. I changed careers to become a Marriage & Family Therapist back in 2021. I quickly learned grad school does NOT teach clinicians anything about business, nor how to run a private practice (which I found strange since isn't that the end goal for most clinicians?).
