Primacy Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage located in Fort Myers, Florida. We serve the communities of Lee and Collier Counties on the Florida Gulf Coast MLS. Our company is unique in many ways. First, our broker, Mark Shawn O’Brien, directly represents our clients. He brings over 20 years in Southwest Florida real estate experience and proven results. Secondly, we represent most of our clients as a fiduciary, the highest form of representation under Florida law. And our compensation is usually half or less of the other local brokerage companies. We even have programs for people to sell their own property, who may just need a little help and access to the MLS.
