PRANA YOGA Tania July

Welcome to the PRANA YOGA channel, dedicated to the fusion of yoga and a healthy lifestyle.

My name is Tanya July, I have various degrees, including in Nutrition, and with 15 years of experience as an HR Manager in Ukraine, I bring a unique combination of experience to this channel. In 2022 I moved to North Wales due to the war in Ukraine.

My passion for holistic living has found expression in my 2021 Instagram page dedicated to healthy living, food, balance and happiness. Having fallen in love with Indian culture over three visits, I not only absorbed its essence, but also took yoga courses during one of my visits.

After that, I radically changed my life. I started teaching offline yoga classes and an online club for good habits.
