Shannon is an anxiety driven, overthinking, perfectionist who stresses over not being perfect.  She is blessed to be a mom of three miracles.  Her oldest is adopted out of the foster care system.  After 11 dark years of infertility, she was surprised with a twin pregnancy. Shannon turned in her special education teacher hat to fulfill her dream career as a behavioral and educational consultant. 

Jess is a teacher at heart and a natural leader. Her goal is to leave sparkles of positivity wherever she goes. The practice of finding joy hasn't always been easy - from loving and leaving an addict, to finding self-love and new love, to navigating a nightmare of an adoption process - she is stronger for enduring challenges and is finally living her own dream life.  Most of her time is spent with her son, but her life wouldn’t be complete without also contributing to the field of education in various ways.
