Hi! I'm Susy, a plant-based mum who lost over 30 lbs in one summer by eating loads more yummy whole food. For years, I had slowly piled on the pounds with unhealthy eating, drinking and restrictive fad diets.

After studying calorie density and the science of sustainable weight control, I trained to become a plant-based nutrition professional.

Now, I help other frustrated veggie and vegan women quickly master the art of meal planning so they can quit yo-yo dieting and self-sabotage, lose weight sustainably while maintaining muscle mass, and gain food freedom and transformation.
