Pine Island Raptor Watch

Welcome to Pine Island Raptor Watch! 🦅

Live nest cameras and raptor conservation from Pine Island, Florida.

For more than 20 years, Bald Eagles nested on our property before Hurricane Ian destroyed their historic nest. We have since installed a camera-equipped nesting platform and rebuilt a starter nest in the original eagle tree, hoping to give the eagles an opportunity to return.

Follow along as we document Bald Eagles, Ospreys, Great Horned Owls, and the incredible wildlife of Southwest Florida. Our cameras provide a front-row seat to nest building, courtship, eggs, hatchlings, feeding, and fledging—whenever nature decides to make it happen.

We don't know who will claim the nests. That's the best part.
