Pickleball in Bhutan

Pickleball in Bhutan (PiB) was launched on September 3, 2023. It was made possible through the donations, support and collaboration of Bhutan Cultural Exchange, a US 501(c)3 non-profit. Their efforts were successful because of the contributions of volunteer US Pickleball players/coaches and the leadership of Paro Football Club. A home for PiB was supported and made possible at Woochu Sports Arena in Paro, Bhutan. Monks of the Ten Sung Department of the Central Monastic Body have supported Pickleball from the beginning and continue to do so. Pickleball was made possible through the efforts of our Bhutanese colleagues and collaborators including schools in Thimphu, Paro and Punakha. Pickleball has found a new home in Bhutan at the highest elevation on earth. This channel provides the official content portraying the evolution of Pickleball in Bhutan since 2023.
