Phil Di Ruggiero is the license partner at Engel & Völkers Washington DC and a residential and commercial real estate advisor with over 20 years of experience across all price points and neighborhoods. Before E&V, he co-founded and ran GreenLine Real Estate for 11 years. A full-time agent since 2004, Phil specializes in new construction sales, luxury property marketing, and buyer representation. A George Washington University graduate, he’s fluent in Spanish and Italian and now lives in Barnaby Woods, Northwest DC. Phil loves traveling and has lived in several DC neighborhoods, including Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle, and Columbia Heights.
