Phantom Eco Tech

PHANTOM EcoTech explains and demonstrates PHANTOM, a subcritical water high-speed hydrolysis system developed and manufactured in Japan for organic waste treatment.

Inside a sealed, round pressure vessel, boiler steam brings water into its subcritical state. At that temperature and pressure, water breaks long organic molecules into smaller ones, sterilising and deodorising the material in a short cycle. Depending on the feedstock, the treated output can be used as compost, livestock feed or fuel.

On this channel: how the process works, trial results on specific waste streams, and straight answers to the questions waste operators, farms and municipalities ask us most.
