Perform with Michele Wilder

This channel is for people who are new to Hyrox and want to train for it properly.

I break down how Hyrox works from a training point of view, how to prepare sensibly, and what actually matters when you’re getting started. That includes training structure, conditioning, pacing, basic nutrition, recovery, and the mindset side of racing. Everything here is practical, evidence informed, and based on real coaching experience, not trends or hype.

I’m an official Hyrox Performance Coach, have coached hundreds of athletes through their first races, and I’m the founder of the Hyrox Newbies community. I also work as a Hyrox Head Judge, so I see exactly where people struggle on race day and why.

If you want clear explanations and practical guidance so you can train with more confidence and make better decisions, this channel is for you.
